The Lay Z Spa in Cold Weather:
In cold weather, the Lay Z Spa pump must not be left outside for lengthy periods in temperatures under 4°C. Normal operation and short periods of time in low temperatures will not affect the pump. Don’t forget to keep the pump inside overnight during cold weather.

What happens if there is a fault with my Lay Z Spa?
If you assemble your Lay Z Spa and find a fault, or the Lay Z Spa develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us. We will work with the manufacturers to arrange for the faulty part to be replaced.
