The Lay Z Spa in Cold Weather:
In cold weather, the Lay Z Spa pump must not be left outside for lengthy periods in temperatures under 4°C. Normal operation and short periods of time in low temperatures will not affect the pump. Remember to keep the pump inside overnight during cold weather.

What happens if there is a fault with my Lay Z Spa?
If you assemble your Lay Z Spa and find a fault, or the Lay Z Spa develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us. We will work with the manufacturers, to arrange for the faulty part to be replaced.

Please note: This spa comes with child safe locks, and you can buy replacements clips direct from bestway if you have an older model.
