The cocktail set arrived 5 days later as promised. Unfortunately the shaker was faulty, I called Bar Equipment and explained the fault, no problem, I will send you a new one, it will be with you asap was the answer. And true to your word, the replacement arrived 4 days later. I was so impressed with the service. As for the cocktail set, it is excellent and the book is superb, everything you need to get started on making cocktails.

I bought this to make a few cocktails for a party and I am very impressed. It is certainly not the sort of “party kit” you find in the supermarkets – all of the equipment is professional standard, the thimble measures are a very solid stainless steel as is the spoon. The Boston Shaker is full size and with a very nice weight and it fits the Hawthorne very neatly.
